Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of numoease.com (the "Site") and the numerology reading and name-analysis services (the "Services") offered by Numoease, operated by Adiora Group ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of the Services — guidance & reflection

Numoease provides numerology-based readings, scores and name-correction suggestions calculated deterministically from the name and date-of-birth details you enter. Numerology is a traditional interpretive practice and is not scientifically validated. It is offered as guidance for self-understanding and personal reflection. Results are not facts, forecasts, or guarantees of any outcome, and must not be relied upon as professional advice.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing on the Site is, or should be relied on as, financial, investment, legal, medical, psychological, career or other professional advice. A name-correction suggestion is an idea for reflection and personal branding, not a recommendation to take any specific action. Do not make significant personal, financial, health or business decisions based solely on the Services. Always use your own judgement and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

4. Your information & accuracy

Because results are computed from what you enter, they depend on the accuracy of your inputs. You are responsible for the information you provide and confirm you have the right to submit any name or details you enter. We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Accounts

You can use the Free Snapshot without an account. To unlock and keep the Detailed Report, you create a free account (or one is created for you at checkout, and you set a password via a secure link). You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may ask us to close your account and delete its data at any time; we may suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms or are used unlawfully.

6. Pricing, payments & GST

• The Free Snapshot is provided at no charge.
• The Detailed Report is a one-time purchase of ₹99 + 18% GST (₹116.82 all-in). There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST where indicated. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect a purchase already completed.
• Payments are processed by our third-party gateway Cashfree Payments. By paying, you also agree to the gateway's terms. Access to the Detailed Report is granted after the payment is successfully verified.

7. Refunds

Because the Detailed Report is a digital product delivered instantly, it is generally non-refundable once unlocked, except as set out in our Refund Policy (for example, where a technical error prevented delivery). Duplicate or failed-transaction charges are handled as described there.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
• scrape, copy, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Services or reports without our written permission;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying algorithms except as permitted by law;
• submit content that infringes the rights of others or that you are not entitled to submit.

9. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text, software, scoring logic and branding (including the name "Numoease" and logo) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial use. The report generated for you is for your personal use; all other rights are reserved.

10. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties (for example, the payment gateway and hosting providers). We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content or availability of third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be accurate, reliable, or achieve any particular outcome.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numoease and its operators, officers and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service giving rise to the claim (and, for the Free Snapshot, will be zero). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Numoease and its operators from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

14. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or to protect the Site, other users or third parties.

15. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at [Your City], [Your State], India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date below shows the current version; continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
