Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Numoease ("Numoease", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Adiora Group, collects, uses, discloses and safeguards your information when you use numoease.com (the "Site") and our numerology reading and name-analysis services (the "Services"). By using the Site you consent to the practices described here. This notice is provided in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what is needed to run the Site and produce your reading:
- Information you provide — the name(s), date of birth, gender (optional), country/language (optional), profession, industry, goals and current challenges you enter into the analysis form.
- Account data — if you create an account (or one is created for you when you unlock a report), we store your name, email address, a securely hashed password, your date of birth (for your daily reading) and the readings you save. We never store your password in plain text.
- Payment information — if you buy the Detailed Report, payment is processed by our payment gateway (Cashfree Payments). We do not collect, see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials; we may receive a transaction ID, amount and payment status.
- Technical & usage data (first-party analytics) — to keep the Site secure and understand how it is used, our own servers record events such as IP address, browser, device type, operating system, the pages you view, referring site and timestamps. This data stays in our own database and is shown only to our administrator; we do not sell it or share it with advertising networks.
- Contact data — if you email us for support, the email address and message content you send.
2. How we use your information
- To calculate your numerology numbers and generate your free snapshot and paid report.
- To process and confirm payments and provide the purchased report.
- To respond to your support requests.
- To operate, secure, debug and improve the Site and Services.
- To comply with legal, tax (including GST) and regulatory obligations.
Every number in your report is computed automatically in code from the details you enter. We do not use your inputs to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
3. Legal basis / your consent
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form, and, where applicable, to perform the transaction you request (your report) and to meet our legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights"); withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.
4. Cookies & similar technologies
We keep cookies to a minimum and use no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Specifically we use:
- an essential session cookie that remembers your answers and report during your visit, and keeps you logged in if you have an account;
- a first-party analytics cookie (
numo_vid) — a random device identifier that lets us count unique visitors and detect abuse. It is not linked to advertising and is not shared with third parties; - local storage in your browser, used only for small conveniences such as remembering that you have already seen the welcome pop-up. This stays on your device.
You can clear cookies and local storage via your browser settings; doing so ends your current session and resets these preferences.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Payment processor (Cashfree) — to take payment for the Detailed Report.
- Hosting / infrastructure providers — who store and serve the Site on our behalf.
- Email provider — only if we send you a transactional message you requested.
- Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users or safety.
These providers are permitted to use your data only to provide services to us.
6. Data retention
If you use the Site without an account, the details you enter live in your browser session to generate your report and are not kept on our servers after the session ends. Where you create an account, save a reading, or complete a purchase, we retain your account details, saved reports and transaction records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting and tax requirements. Analytics events (Section 1) are kept for a limited period for security and product-improvement purposes and are then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time (see "Your rights").
7. Your rights
Subject to the DPDP Act and applicable law, you have the right to:
- access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed;
- request correction, completion, updating or erasure of your personal data;
- withdraw consent to processing;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
- grievance redressal (see below).
To exercise any right, email us at privacy@numoease.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards (including HTTPS and server-side verification of payments) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Services are intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. the payment gateway). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; please review their policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below shows the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
